Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Vickie G. Cosmetics. We strive to provide you with high-quality cosmetics. If you are not entirely satisfied  with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Returns:

You will be eligible to return a package ONLY if you refuse the package WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF DELIVERY. You can do so in person to your mailman or take to your local post office and let them know you are refusing it. 

All packages are to return in the same condition it was sent. UNOPENED AND UNTAMPERED with. Please send an email to info@vickiegcosmetics.com and include name and order number so i can help you efficiently .

Refunds:

Once we receive your package back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will then immediately notify you of the status of your refund upon inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
